the room resembled a prison cell with a beautiful view of a trash bin! i was expecting a luxurious retreat, yet i encountered a bathroom that smelled like sewage, and honestly, i could've lived without the bleating sounds of drunken tourists at night. a complimentary upgrade would have been the least they could do for my anguish. i just couldn’t give a good review.

Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive always making sure we felt welcome with lovely personal touches. Excellent central location just a short walk to bars and restaurants.
Rooms need some upkeep as the air conditioning issues were prominent and the shared balcony wasn't as private as expected.

The pool was awesome, but the room's sewer smell was really off-putting.

central location, clean appearance, affordable laundry services
Only two power supplies in awkward locations!!! No proper bar or restaurant creates limited options!!! Loud music from nearby venues makes relaxation difficult!!! Hot water problems and stagnant drainage might deter some guests!!!

Excellent location with amazing staff!
I just spent 3 nights in a lovely studio room with a balcony, and the location couldn't be better—just a quick walk to Pub Street and all the key spots in Siem Reap. The staff were remarkable. they remembered my name and were always there to help, especially when I faced issues with my airline. Breakfast had a fantastic mix of local and Western options, which was a great way to start every day. Though it did get a bit loud at night, the overall experience was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.
